Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
